See DetailsIn industrial production, the emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) such as benzene, alcohol, and ether will not only cause environmental pollution, but also cause resource waste to a certain extent. The granular activated carbon adsorption and condensation recovery system realizes efficient purification of organic waste gas and recovery and reuse of solvents through the cycle process of adsorption-desorption-condensation.
When the LQ-ACA granular activated carbon adsorption and condensation recovery system is in operation, the waste gas containing organic solvents first passes through the AR filter to remove tiny suspended particles and impurities in the gas to avoid clogging of the activated carbon pores. After pretreatment, the industrial waste enters the adsorption tank. The granular activated carbon filled in the tank selectively adsorbs molecules such as benzene, alcohols, and ketones with its developed pore structure and huge overall surface area. The purified gas is directly discharged by the rear fan, and the emission concentration is stably lower than the national emission standard.
The core structure of the system consists of an adsorption tank, a steam pipe, a condenser, an aeration tank, and an intelligent control unit. The adsorption tank is made of corrosion-resistant material to ensure uniform airflow distribution in the activated carbon layer. Low-pressure steam is used as the desorption medium. If necessary, a steam filter can be equipped to increase the steam temperature for analyzing solvents with higher boiling points. The equipment has multiple safety measures such as fan overload protection, carbon layer overheating protection, fire interlock, check valve, etc. to ensure the safety of staff at all times. Low energy consumption during normal use, only exhaust fan power is required.
Compared with traditional incineration treatment processes, granular activated carbon adsorption and condensation recovery systems have significant advantages in energy consumption and operating costs. While achieving environmentally friendly emissions, it continues to create economic benefits for enterprises.
