See DetailsThe integrated organic waste gas treatment equipment system is an efficient solution for the current treatment of industrial waste gas. It realizes the large-scale and energy-saving treatment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by integrating multiple technologies such as filtration, adsorption, desorption and catalytic combustion. The system takes the zeolite concentration rotor as the core, combines the adsorption fan, heat exchanger and rear-end combustion device to form a special treatment process.
During the operation of the system, the large particle impurities in the exhaust gas are first intercepted by the pre-filter, and then the VOCs gas enters the adsorption area of the zeolite rotor under the guidance of the adsorption fan. Zeolite molecular sieves can effectively adsorb organic components in the exhaust gas with their regularly arranged pore structure and high specific surface area, and the purified gas can be directly discharged in compliance with the standards. When the zeolite rotor is saturated with adsorption, it enters the desorption zone and uses hot air to desorb the concentrated VOCs to form high-concentration exhaust gas. The desorbed exhaust gas is transported to the catalytic combustion furnace by the desorption fan, and is completely decomposed into carbon dioxide and water under the action of the catalyst or high temperature to achieve harmless emission. At the same time, the rotor enters the cooling zone, and the cooling air is heated and circulated for regeneration, which is in line with the current concept of green and sustainable development. The integrated organic waste gas treatment equipment system is both energy-saving and safe. The pressure drop of the zeolite rotor is low, and the energy consumption of the adsorption fan is also lower than that of traditional machines.
